Lead guitarist/singer-songwriter/band leader seeks talented-contributing persevering band members male and female without baggage, good attitude, seeking a career in music. No weekend warriors. No age requirement other than over 18. Must be open-minded and easy to get along with. I have performed in over 30 groups in the years I have been performing but have been inactive in the music business due to prior commitments. Those are over. Have a BA in music from Columbia College Chicago. Today is a new day and I’m back as they say. Need keyboards, drummer, bass, possibly second guitar, must have axes and gear, reading not necessary but chord symbol charts are used for my originals. Please forward an mp4 file of you, an introduction of you speaking your desires and playing: improvisation or set song pattern. Vocal ability a plus. Have hit song material. Looking to get rehearsal space, rehearse, record and perform. Must live in the Los Angeles area. Photos helpful. Clean and sober only. This is a business and will be run as such. I have extensive experience in booking my own bands. But am open to outside sources/ideas as well. We will perform original tunes as well as some copy to get familiar with one another.
