There is currently one vacancy, s with three rooms occupied. one room is occupied by myself an undergrad engineering student, and two premed undergrads. I am looking for a room mate that is a student (undergrad or grad). I have a medium sized dog but the owner does not want any additional pets.
-$350 includes all utilities and rent for each month
-There would be a security deposit of $350 that would be returned promptly after you move out
-The lease would run from January 1, 2012 to May 1,2012.
