I've got a great room available in a wonderful 3 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in a great location in Uptown. There are two other roommates that you would be sharing with; a 26yo female student and a 25yo male professional. They are great roommates who are hardly ever home. We have a recently redone, beautiful kitchen with exposed brick. There is also a lovely deck that looks out over Hennepin Ave. It is a nice hangout on spring and summer evenings. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the apartment is mostly furnished with room for some of your furniture in the living room or kitchen if you need. The apartment is 3 blocks from Lake of the Isles, 4 blocks from Lake Calhoun, near lots of bars and coffee shops, and right on multiple bus lines. I've lived in the apartment for over two years and I hate to leave the place. You would take over the lease beginning January 1st with the deposit of $495 due when you sign the lease. The lease ends August 31, 2012.
