Available is a 1 Bedroom (dimensions 11' x 11' 3") and 1 Bathroom in a 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Apartment. Apartment is equipped with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, cabinets etc. There is also a large walk in storage closet where you can put extra items! (One of my favorite features of the apartment) Included in the $530 is rent, water, trash, and free wireless internet. The only other bill the occupier would be responsible for would be 1/3 of the electric bill. (Up to this point the total bill has been about $45 dollars per month, equating to $15 per month for your portion, during the winter the estimated cost from MG&E is $90 per month so approximately $30 per month for your portion, however I have yet to pay over $15 for my portion of the bill). The 2 other girls that you would be living with are very friendly science majors who care about school, but also enjoy having fun during their free time, so it would be a good mix for any person looking to sublet.
