As time is running out, I've decided to lower the monthly rent by $85! I want to sublease my apartment to a female (January-August). August of 2012 has already been paid for though, due to the date I moved in! It is Lucky Apartments, which is right on the UW-Madison campus, however, it's not owned by the UW system. It is extremely nice, and everything is new! Here is the link to Lucky's homepage:http://www.liveatlucky.com/ Except for free internet, utilities are not included, but I have already paid my portion of cable for the entire year, so all you would be responsible for other than rent each month is the electric bill, which is roughly $20-25 each month.
