I'm subletting my bedroom (1,230 Square Fee)in a 4 bedroom apartment. It's a Spring AND Summer sublet, but I am willing to let you move in earlier for no additional cost. The apt. is located next to a shopping center, so you would have access to many restaurants and stores. The apt. is fully furnished. The room is very spacious, with a full size bed, closet, desk and a clothing drawer, as well as a full size bathroom inside your room. There is access to wireless internet, cable (HBO), and a laundry room inside the apt, wich is very convenient and time saving. Overall, the apt. is in very good condition.
