We are located a 5 minute walk from Soldier Field and more importantly, the lake! Your room comes with a private attached bathroom and walk-in-closet, plus cable TV hook up. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. Garage parking is available for an additional $50/month. Getting downtown is a 5 minute bus ride! We are a couple, therefore you should be comfortable living with us. We have had roommates the past 4 years, therefore we know the ropes about respecting your privacy and space as well as making you feel welcome into our home. Short term and month-to-month leases are welcome!
