This is a very nice 1000-square, two-bedroom townhome, which is located at 2501 Soldiers Home Rd, Parkway Apartment. Utilities are averagely $40 per month, less in summer. I am subleasing the bigger bedroom because I will live on campus next semester. It is furnished and has spacious walk-in closets and storage room. It has beautiful sunlight in the day and is also quiet at night. In-unit disher/dryer, garbage disposal, refrigerator, stove and oven.
Roommate is female.
There is gym, swimming pool, billiards room and basketball court in the community. Walking-distance to ALDI, CVS and PayLess. 5 Happy Hollow is right at the entrance and runs every 20 minutes to campus.
