I need to sublease my room NOW!!! It is a 4 bedroom 4 bath apartment at 48 west. Each person gets their own locked room and bathroom. Many amenities, internet and cable tv, desk, dresser, closet and a bed. It is fully furnished. My roommates are cool and like to have fun. They love hanging out, playing video games, watching movies, etc. At the beginning of the semester, we bought a 51in tv for the apartment, that is still there. We also bought a surround sound system which is also still there. It is very nice! If you want to take this over you need to be a very social person!
Rent is 455-460 a month, 40-50 bucks a month for utilities.
If you take my lease I will give you 100 dollars a month for rent. This brings the rent down to 355-360. It is a full 12 month lease, so it goes through august.
I need to be out of this apartment by the end of december. Whoever signs their name first gets it!
