I need someone to take over my lease as soon as possible, it goes through July. I'll pay half of the first months rent!!! I live at the woodlands, here is the link http://woodlandsofgainesville.com/. I live in a 3 bedroom flat. The pool is right outside my window, you have your own huge bathroom and walk in closet.
I live with two girls. One is 21 and is an art major, she's not home that much. The other roommate is 24 and graduated from UF last year, she is working full time at lifesouth and is rarely home. They are both really clean, and laid back.
The room has the option of coming furnished or not. The apartment is furnished with our own couches and tables.
