I have a lease for the year, August 2011-2012. I need someone to lease because I decided not to stay and the property manager won't let me break contract. ONE of the rooms is available for anyone who wants to stay during the school year, lease for a semester and/or next summer. (The current resident is fine with having a roommate as long as she can meet you before signing.)
