Looking for someone to sublease my one bedroom apartment beginning January 1, 2012 (or possibly at the end of December 2011, but wouldn't need to worry about December's rent). The lease runs until May 25, 2012. Nice one bedroom apartment in a 5-plex unit located on West Grand Ave in Eau Claire. The apartment is within walking distance of downtown Eau Claire, and it is about 10 blocks from the UWEC campus, however there is a bus stop just a block away on Lake Street that is right on the campus route. Rent is $390/month and includes HEAT, garbage, recycling, lawn care, snow removal, water, and sewer. Tenant is responsible for electricity which has been around $37. No pets. Off-street parking is available.
