I am looking for someone to take over my apartment and lease. I can move out ASAP or as late as October 28th. My lease is up in February, at that point your own lease would kick in if you plan on staying longer. Furniture is not included. Will send more pictures upon request.
Covered Bridge Apartments will need:
- There is a $25 application fee for each occupant.
- First month rent and security deposit will be due and need to be paid with money order to the Covered Bridge Apartments.
- Two forms of ID required.
- Proof of income (pay stubs).
The Covered Bridge Apartments are in the village of Liverpool. I can not say enough about this complex. The groundsman keep this place spotless. They have dumpsters for each pod of buildings. The apartments are more than spacious with great natural light. The rugs in my apartment were brand new when I moved in. They are perfect! Any other questions or if you would like photos.
