This is a one bedroom Apartment at University Village. The apartment is very spacious with a short commute to campus. Crimson Ride, the University of Alabama's bus system has routes taking students to and from campus. University Village has plenty of amenities such as 6 pools,a laundry facility, a gym, a track, a car washing station, and great security.
I am looking to sublease starting in January. However, I am planning on moving out as soon as possible after graduation which is December 17. So a new tenant could move in well before the spring semester starts.
