Westpoint Village Apartments are newer and are conveniently located close to campus activities and night life. Located on the corner of Broomfield and Crawford Roads. The apartment is 2 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. The rent is $395 a month and it is unfurnished. The apartment is newly built so everything in it is in great condition! My roommate and I are both graduating in the Fall of 2011 so both need sub-leasers for our rooms in the Spring of 2012. If you are interested in sub-leasing please message me.
