Ridiculously sweet apartment. Best location possible. Reduced rent because we waited until the last minute and had JSM by the proverbial balls. This is a sublet for January-August 15th of 2012, and it is the full apartment, so no having to worry about a random roommate.
The place has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Oh yeah, and the sweetest rooftop porch you could possibly imagine. Roughly 30x40 feet, right behind the building on State Street! This porch is shared with 3 other apartments, but they honestly just do not use it. Haven't seen them out there once. Best pre-bar/a-bar/daydrinking spot of all time, and it will be even better in the spring and summer! The kitchen has a dishwasher, and there is coin-operated laundry in the basement of the building.
The rent includes free cable through Charter, and has been reduced from 1500 per month by JSM properties.
All in all, it is just a really cool place at a steal of a price. If you come and check it out you will agree.
