Recently remodeled home in Mesa/Tempe border. Less than 10 minutesfrom MCC/ASU/101/202/60 Freeways. Home will come with all applicances. Currently, have 1 room already rented by a 24 year old ASU student (Education Major), who is chill, clean, trustworthy, drama free, hockey player from Canada. The master bedroom is available as well which has it's own bathroom. Has enclosed 1 car garage. Master is 375 and garage is an extra 25. Utilites are split between roommates. Roommate does own a shepard-mix dog who is clean, well behaved, never barks (literally) and usually stays outside during the winter months. Landscape costs will be covered by myself (owner) as well as ADT home monitoring security system. I am moving to California for a job transfer and will leave (if wanted) the couch, computer desk, marble dining room table and chairs. Neighbors are nice and kept to themselves. Looking for clean, dependable, honest, friendly, and dog friendly roommates between the age of 21-35.
