I am moving out of the state hopefully around November 1, but if you are able to move in the last week of October, I'll happily accept that as well. My lease is till the end of May 2012 so it'll be a full six month lease; perfect for the remaining school year. I have lived in this complex almost two years and I never had any complaints about the staff or my neighbors. The complex is very giving to their community and offer a lot of contests for their residences.
I have a partly furnished 1br/1ba apartment with a walk in closet, functioning fireplace, dual sliding glass door balcony with storage closet, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full refrigerator, electric range, carpeted, and lots of storage space in bathroom and kitchen. It's perfect for a single person or a couple.
The apartment amenities include pool and hot tub, laundry facility, central air/heat, walking distance to Texas State tram and minutes from downtown square.
