We are selling an older mobile home located in Manheim, PA. The home is located in a trailer court, Hemlock Acres. The lot rent here is $270/month plus the cost of water (anywhere from $5-$25/month). The trailer is in the last row of the park, which makes for a very nice location. You only have trailers on 3 sides of you, and then an open green field across the front! The big kitchen windows also overlook this! I am listing the home for my grandma who had rented it to my mother for a short time, I live in the trailer court myself so I know first hand, that its not really too bad living here. As long as you know how to mind your business, its pretty nice living here. You own your home, and only pay $270 a month to have a home...not too bad! Anyway more about the trailer. I believe its from the 80's, I will have to find that out for sure though.
