Rent is $2700 for the spring semester. Well worth it for an extremely clean, roomy, and nice apartment with on-site parking, which couldn't get any closer to campus if you tried.
Includes: water, heat, DirecTV, and internet. Comes furnished, you choose what you want in it. You only pay electricity! (My bill is around $30.)
Kitchen has tons of cabinet space, fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Bathroom is big and has a full-sized tub.
