This costume is totally cute and BRAND new. I only wore it once to try it on. It is for halloween, or any other fun party! It comes with the Mini dress, Wrist cuffs, and a matching hat. It is about a size 8-10... It says extra large on the package but it runs small. So 8-10 would be the best size range. It really is cute and the picture is the same one that is on the package.
