I am looking to sublet my room in a three bedroom apartment. The room would come with its own full bathroom (there are two full baths in the unit, and the other two tenants share one). The apartment has a balcony, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and is already furnished with chairs, sofas, etc. The other two roommates are students at UIUC and are friendly and easygoing. No gender preference, though I should note the other two tenants are male (but they have experience living with a female (me) and are very accommodating). Very good location just a few blocks from the Quad and the Green Street businesses and bars. Great area with lots of student housing -- very safe. Lease can run until August.
I am looking to sublet by the end of the semester or sooner, so the room can be available as soon as possible!
