Tuscany Apartments is a luxury student housing complex, complete with a gym, study rooms on every floor, laundry rooms on every floor, a media/party room, a swimming pool, a hot tub, a sun deck, and lots of restaurants (including Chipotle, Chik-Fil-A, Coffee Bean, Coldstone, Pizza Rustica, Quiznos, and California Teriyaki Grill). Parking is available, too. THE APARTMENT COMES FULLY FURNISHED AND IS AVAILABLE AS EARLY AS NEXT WEEK! This is excellent for anyone who studied abroad and now needs housing, for people who want to leave a bad roommate situation, or anyone, really! The room is shared with one other girl who is usually gone on weekends, and there are two other bedrooms. The other 2 roommates are also usually gone on weekends, so it's almost a 3-bedroom apartment to yourself on weekends!
