The title is for a 1971 Double wide but we completely demolished the original trailer and rebuilt a house on the frame in 2010. It is not a double wide anymore. It can still be moved if need be but it is built as a house. It has a master bedroom with master bathroom (walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub, Closet for washer and dryer). 2 other bedrooms one a little smaller than the other but both are good size rooms. The living room fits a large Sectional. The dining room fits our large 6 person table. The kitchen has an island that has the stove built into it but does not have an oven. We were going to install a wall oven but never got that far. It also has a half bathroom next to the dining room. The home has a Tankless water heater and the main source of heat is a pellet stove which will keep this place perfect temperature. It has a lot of insulation in it so it is great at keeping cool and warm. Also built with the thermo boards to help with the temperature as well.
