Looking for someone to fill my spot at Greenwich Court for the Spring 2012 semester. This very spacious apartment is in a great location across the street from the Penn State campus. It is located directly across from South Halls on College Ave. and directly above McLanahans. Internet and cable are included in rent. Electricity is the only utility not included but averages about $20.00/month. You'll be joining 2 roomates and 3 other apartment mates (there are a total of 6 people on the apartment lease). I am also willing to negotiate the price.
