Subletting a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment in JVT building C. This an unfurnished apartment, available from December 20th until February. It has great closet space and beautiful views of downtown Milwaukee. The kitchen is equipped with a garbage disposal, electrical oven, fridge and a dishwasher. Original rent is $1,500 per month,but I will be paying $300 out of my own pocket for these two months. If you want it in mid-December then you will only have to pay $400 that month, since it's not a whole month. If you continue to live here after my lease is done, your rent will change to $1,450 or $1,500 depends on your lease with JVT.
