Going abroad second semester and renting out one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment. Apartment is bi-level and available January 1 until beginning of May. Rent is about $800 a month, but I will be negotiable. The one bedroom can be shared by two people and have two beds making the rent cheaper. All apartments are fully furnished & carpeted and include heat, water, free high-speed internet and one parking space. The following appliances are included: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, wall-unit A/C. There is a parking spot on site for no extra cost.
