I am helping my roommate find someone to take her place and live with me for the remainder of the least from as soon as December 1,2011-August 1, 2012. I am looking for a female student, or a female somewhere around my age (I'm 25). I am kind of shy and quiet, but very polite, so I'm looking for someone who's rather laid back like me. I am looking for someone who's not a partier (the complex doesn't allow parties here). I don't mind the occasional glass of wine but I'm not wild and crazy. Also someone with a full time job, or at least someone who can afford the rent plus splitting DTE and internet, both of which aren't very expensive (DTE ~40, internet $60 -- so half of both). This apartment complex is very safe and very quiet at night, which is nice. Lots of students here, plus some families. There's an exercise room and a pool. In the summer it's gorgeous here.
