This is Windsor West Apartments in Champaign, IL. It is a very safe neighborhood right by the firestation and easy access to 57. Carport is optional. 3rd floor with a balcony (only 1 flight of stairs to climb though!). Geothermal heating/cooling. Laminate wood floors in kitchen and hall. Carpet in rooms. Amazing pond in the back with a track around it to run around. Cats are allowed (but if you have cats, you will pay $20 a month to have them and put down a pet deposit).
