Agile is hiring a Director of Talent Delivery dedicated to executing growth goals by maximizing individual and team performance! We need a leader who knows how to get the most out of people by serving as a resource, coach and mentor.

Key responsibilities include:
DRIVING STRATEGY AND EXECUTION

  • Develop and execute the talent delivery strategy to take Agile to $30m in revenue over next five years
  • Manage day to day delivery needs, monitor/drive activity and results
  • Drive delivery to meet/exceed monthly gross margin goals
  • Get the MOST out of the talent delivery team (new and existing)
  • Deliver the brand promise that Agile Speeds your time to talent!

BUILDING AND GROWING THE TEAM

  • Pipeline and assist in hiring all internal staff
  • Assist in training new recruiters and salespeople (training plans, Bloomfire content, classroom, on the desk, lunch and learns) on Agile systems, processes and recruiting best practices
  • Manage all talent delivery staff (one on ones, performance reviews, performance plans)

EVALUATE, SELECT AND MANAGE PARTNERS

  • Evaluate and manage all tool usage and vendor relationships (Maxhire, job boards, social media, job distribution, 3rd party suppliers)
  • Ongoing evaluation of effectiveness of third party tools and vendors, and adjusting as necessary to meet company goals.

LEADERSHIP

  • Live the Agile values
  • Be the face of recruiting for Agile in the Atlanta community
  • Drive sales leads and attend business development meetings with CEO to develop new business

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10 years of IT staffing/agency recruiting experience
  • 3+ years recruiting leadership/management experience
  • Strong experience in individual/team performance management
  • Systems expertise with career websites, niche boards and Candidate ATS required (experience with Maxhire a plus)
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, social recruiting tools
  • Excellent communication skills (Managing Up and Down)
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university

What does a day in the life of this person look like?

  • Prep/run team meeting at board on Monday/Thursdays
    • Pull up smartboards, create agenda for meeting, review pipeline, create a list of potential candidates to be closed (TBC), prioritize activity and send out summary of meeting to all team members
  • Management Meeting:
    • Twice a month - review budget, people discussions, strategy for growth, training needs, etc.
    • Attend offsite planning two times/year
    • Prep for quarterly meetings with team
  • Assist recruiters:
    • Helping them create call lists, strategies for candidate engagement, driving leads through conversations
    • Monitor activity and help increase sourcing, candidate screens, submittals and placements
    • Orchestrate cooperation between sales and recruiting on priorities, strategies for stretching the req, stretching the candidate, etc
    • Reshuffle resources when needed from one ecosystem to another
    • On the desk training/coaching with new and existing hires
    • Reinforce the process: Screen, prep, debrief, trial close
    • Help the team develop the roadmap to execute in order to meet/exceed their individual, team and
      company KPI's.
    • Assist in pricing and negotiation and closing deals
  • Assist Sales:
    • Participate on calls with sales and pinch hit on qualifying reqs if sales is not available
    • Go on calls with salespeople to meet with key client contacts
    • Help define and prioritize good business
  • Performance Management:
    • Conduct one on one's and performance reviews
