I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Exchange starting in January. I am moving to Atlanta to do my research work and will need to sublease.
So if you are starting school in Athens in January, this is the best place to live in. You will only have one roommate and your own bathroom and walk-in closet. I have lived in Athens a total of about 3 years and two different apartments and on both the eastside and the westside of Athens. Hands down! this is the best place i have lived in.
The Apartment complex has a gated entry which makes it a safe place. The apartments are upscale, all stainless steel appliances, fully furnished with modern/contemporary style furnitures and huge living space and bedroom space. each bedroom has its own huge walk-in closet and bathroom. Bathroom is big with a garden tub, great for shower and soak-in bath as well. I can only assure you that you will not regret living here, I would take my room with me to Atlanta if it was possible.
