I live in University House Apartments on 13th Street, seven blocks from the UF campus. I have four awesome room mates who are NEAT and CLEAN and FRIENDLY.
I am looking for a girl to sublease my room, which has it's own bathroom and is furnished with a bed, desk and dresser.
I would like a sublease-er who is willing to move in for the spring term (january) to august with the option of continuing to rent (just not as a sublease!)
This is a great place for someone who has been accepted to UF for Spring '12 and does not want to live in a dorm.
