I'm moving out at the end of finals weeks which is Dec 5-9 and the place should be available shortly after that.
It is a 2 bdr 1 bathroom apartment at Campus Trails. It is a 1st floor unit so you wouldn't have to walk up and down stairs.
The rent is $444 a month and all utilities are included.
There is an electricity cap of $30 per person($60 total) and anything over that gets split between both people.
You would have your own private room so the only thing being shared is the bathroom. The room is keyed entry, there's a key for the front door and your own key to the bedroom.
My roommate is really nice, keeps things clean, organized, and she's easy to get along with so you wouldn't have a problem getting to know her.
The place comes fully furnished, bedrooms have a full-sized bed, all you'd need to bring is sheets and such.
There is a cable tv hook-up, couch and chair in the living room, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer.
The room comes with a built in desk with 2 shelves.
