-bedroom and apt fully furnished
-1 block from the 36th Ave N/Q train stop
-3 blocks from the R/E/M train stop
-Great location, safe area, close to lots of bars, shops and restaurants
-1 big street facing window for lots of light
-2 friendly, young, professional female roommates, and 1 adorable cat (you must like cats to stay here!)
-Available December 10-January 7, dates flexible
-$600/mo, $150/wk or best offer
